Team Unchained is a group of badasses who have the same goal: get strong as hell and have a blast doing it!

The team follows weekly, ongoing Unchained strength programming and we go through different training phases in order to attack specific goals. When you join Team unchained you are guaranteed to get a stronger squat, bench, deadlift, and a big bad booty to match!

THE PROGRAM

We go through different phases of hypertrophy, strength, and peaking throughout the year in order for you to become a well oiled powerlifting machine. Our cycles usually last around 8 weeks and each week builds upon each other.

Exercise Selection

The lifts that we are mostly focused on building are squat, bench, and deadlift. Depending on the phase, you may have different variations such as front squats, close grip bench, and stiff leg deadlifts ect.

Equipment needed:

We Recognize that everyone on the team is going to have access to different equipment. We do like to use things like lat pulldown, leg press, leg extension/hamstring curl ect but do our best to offer a solution in the notes on the best substitution for every non barbell/dumbbell exercise.

Warm-Ups + Accesories:

Don’t worry we have all your warm-ups and accessories included in the program!

Program Days:

  • Day 1: Squats

  • Day 2: Bench

  • Day 3: Deadlift

  • Day 4: Secondary Press/Shoulders

  • Day5: Bid Bad B00ty Day (extra lower body day with glute focus!)

3-5 Days Options

Since this is a Team program we try to accommodate different lifting schedules. You are provided 5 workouts a week but if you need to condense into 3 days, it is recommended you stick to just squat, bench, and deadlift. If you want to do 4 days then you would do squat, bench, deadlift, and then combine the first 2-3 exercises from overhead and big bad booty day.

 If  you are committed and like to have ongoing guidance and contact with a coach, it doesn’t matter whether you have a competition planned, want to compete in the future, or just want to get stronger for a personal goal! Christy has 10+ years of  hands on and in person coaching experience and can help guide anyone at every phase of their fitness journey.

Unchained 1:1 athletes’ experience level varies! Maybe you want to learn how to do squat, bench, and deadlift properly but don’t have a good local personal trainer or they are too expensive per session. Or maybe you are a strength competitor who is trying to level up their total or get to strongman nationals.

Life happens and progress is never linear so we navigate through it together and we adapt the program based on weekly performance. It is much harder to be objective with your programming when doing it on your own and much easier to slip off, not trust your progress, or try to max out every week. 

Nobody does this alone. We are much stronger together! With 1:1 coaching the plan is all laid out for you and you just have to put in the effort! Coach Christy is there to help you every step of the way!
