Christy guarantees to get you you to your goals in the most efficient way possible using an individualized approach.
Based on your needs, experience, and your budget you can choose between our two packages; Total and Essentials. At our initial call, we can discuss which option is the best fit for you! If you choose the Essentials package, you must first complete 4 weeks of the Total Package.
*If you are prepping for a strongman show or powerlifting meet you must be coached on the Total package.

The Total Package Includes:
Initial consultation call to discuss goals, strengths, and limitations
Weekly training program completely customized for your goals, abilities, injuries, wants/needs and available equipment. Program can be adapted to life events and/or goal changes as we go.
Access program and track program through easy to use app
Video demos of movements assigned
Ask questions about program through What’s App and get a response from Christy within 24 hours
Video form feedback through What’s App 3-4x a week
If you are competing, you will have a competition strategy call as we get closer to game day (meet plan includes attempts and warm ups)
$200-250/4 weeks*

*you must complete and intro 4 weeks with the Total package before moving onto the Essential package. This is so that I can assess your weaknesses and strengths before I plan out 8 weeks of progression.
